How to find info on the status of a Microsoft Rewards item.

Hi,


I entered into a competition to win an Age of Empires Custom PC Bundle in August, it finished on 13/09/2022. I occasionally check back with it and find it's still listed as pending; I wondered if anyone is aware of a way to find out the status of a reward - it seems to be the only instance I can find of a reward being pending so long after the competition closed. I recall reading the T&C's that said it'll be announced around a month or so after the completion date so I'm just curious what's going on with it :).

If your rewards have not been sent, then you can contact Microsoft Rewards support directly with a detailed description of the situation you are currently experiencing. After filling out the Microsoft Rewards support form, a member of the support team will contact you within 24 hours.
