how to disable Bing suggestions when I search?

Let me help you.
Please follow the steps below to turn off search suggestions on Bing.
1. On the Bing.com homepage, click on the three bars in the top-right corner of the page
2. Click Settings
3. Select More in the drop-down menu
4. Locate Search Suggestions
5. Uncheck the “See search suggestions as you type”
6. Click Save
