How to delete/disable Bing chatbot in Skype?

The latest version of Skype includes a very intrusive Bing chatbot. How can I get rid of it or disable it.

Hi Brabob From New Zealand ..Glad things worked for you . And you have no more pesky search engine bot.

Mine was gone about a week and briefly came back this after noon . But deleted,and it seems to hsve gone.....

Heres hoping it doesnt come back for you .

Getting cold morning and night .

At least no tragic floods like up north. Just heart breaking

Housed washed away

No electricity weeks in some areas .Roads washed away anf more ...

Countrys recovering ...plenty on you tube .

Keep having sunny days . Heard of the cotswolds . Supposed to be pretty. LP

I’m sorry that your situation is so dismal… I had no idea…

And yes, I am fortunate in do many ways and also feel blessed to live in the Cotswolds. My late brother used to call it, ‘Paradise’…

My deleting bot didnt work it cane back .

Have gone and bought up profile and just blockef it .

So far so good . Also read. Its a microsoft thing . And you need to go to mictofoft account and untick a box ...

Havent done that .. tried blocking first and so far so good.

No, my Bing has, as yet, not reappeared…

I will take your latest advice, re., Microsoft, and will implement that if the b*get comes back to annoy me…

You can simply block it, and report the bot as Spam, then it fades away, never to be seen again.-

Happy it worked. A chat pal in Essex has just met Bing lol . Have told him how i sorted it but he. Just deletes ... it wilk re surface .
