How to delete/disable Bing chatbot in Skype?

The latest version of Skype includes a very intrusive Bing chatbot. How can I get rid of it or disable it.

I uninstalled Skype. That hopefully will stop stupid chatbots which were not invited to my system.

Ive tried deleting it and it won't go . Keeps returning , such a nuiscense..
