How to add/suggest traffic cameras to Bing Maps?

Hi,

my city has 12 city traffic cameras which is possible to open via link (jpg format) which reloads on each refresh.

Example:

https://e-usluge2.rijeka.hr/Kamere/RijekaPrometImage.php?s=2&v=3

How can I add these cameras on map or suggest it to MSN?

To send feedback about Bing Maps, click the Feedback link on the bottom of most Bing Maps webpages. Another way is by going to Bing.com home page, click on the three bars in the top-right corner, click on Feedback, select Suggest and complete the feedback form.

I tried that "Feedback" 6 month ago. But nothing was implemented/added, and nobody responded (and there was no option to enter e-mail) and there is no option on map to click to place each camera

Here are locations (street number and street name) with link to camera feed: (all in Rijeka, Croatia). Is it possible to add them on on Bing maps/traffic view?
