I believe the Bing Daily Images are sought out by the Bing team from established photographers and artists and are not pulled from outside suggestions/submissions. Each image is vetted for providence and copyright and a distribution agreement is
entered into with the author/artist. Research is then performed for varying levels of educational lesson plans and other related material. T this time, I'm unaware of any avenue to introduce yourself and your work to the image selection team.
If you wanted to simply get your images listed into the Bing Image Search results, the first step would be getting them online with correct meta tags for description, author, etc. There is a subset of
Open Graph meta tags originally used by Facebook that can augment the SEO process of categorizing and describing images.
