How can I check my tickets in microsoft rewards

I submitted a ticket but I dont know how to check its status

Hello there,
I am Jaspreet Singh.
Bing rewards does not have a ticket status checking option.
The team emails back whenever the ticket is checked.

Hey man,

It would not allow me to respond to you on my thread.

No Microsoft keeps asking for a screenshot (gave it to them) and who my phone carrier is which made zero sense since they had nothing to do with my issue.

Now they have simply decided not to respond to me and my requests for support.

Microsoft just wants to lie to us and ask for our money while expecting us to shut up and not complain .

They refuse to admit that they have a big problem with their Microsoft Rewards
