I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Have you tried repairing the Copilot app and see if it resolves the issue? Click the Start button > Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Scroll down and look for MIcrosoft Copilot app > Click on the three dots next to it and select Advanced options > click Repair. If the problem still persists, try resetting the app. Follow the same steps above, under Advanced options, click Reset then verify the result.
You may also submit your feedbacks or suggestions to Microsoft via the Feedback Hub app. Press Windows key + F to open the app and describe the issue you're experiencing. Thank you and I hope you find many amazing things and discoveries along your new journey!
