Error | "Enter text in URL format

I am trying to report a concern to bing.  I searched the image I wanted to report, and copied the URL from the address bar. For example, this image (I'm not reporting this image, just using it as an example) here:

When i go to the "report a concern to bing page, it asks to enter the web address (url or link). I paste the above into the section and it gives me an error - "Please enter the text in URL format".

What am i doing wrong, and how can i fix it?

As that is a Bing Search link, use the "Feedback" option while you are in the search or provide the URL for the exact site with the issue rather than the Bing Search URL.
