Delete History Drop Down Box in Windows 10/Bing

Hello and thanks for looking at my question:

On my History page, not the Settings page, there is a drop down box....I have cleared all history and turned history off, but there remains items from previous searches, by name, not picture. These have come from bittorrent searches. I am unable to right click on the individual names and thus click "delete"..... there is no apparent way to clear this drop down box. Please, has anyone any experience with this problem, and have any suggestions, that work?
