Chrome redirecting all searches from bing to google

I'm having an issue with Chrome browser redirecting all my Bing searches to Google.  I have set Bing as my default search engine, installed the bing plugin to force bing as the default, and even removed google from the search engine list entirely.  What is also strange is that if I manually navigate to Bing.com, then type in a serach using the bing search engine (meaning not in the url bar, but the actual search bar on the web page) the search comes up using Google and not Bing.  I have never seen this behavior from any web browser before.  Even clicking the links on the Bing home page such as the on this day in history links gives me google and not bing.  Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Edit: This behavior does not occur when using Edge.

It just happens to me also however In my idea, whatever search engines are we able to find information we need why u must realize that that is bing  that is Google. We can find information that we require . That's all set. So please do not worry too much. Oh things that i concern is that what link that these search engine provide us. You will be able to notice that Google have  such as my screens
