Can't Sign Up For Bing Webmaster Tools

Hello

I am trying to sign up for Bing Webmaster Tools at https://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmaster.

I click the sign up button in the middle of the page, and then select Microsoft Account to sign up with.
The next screen is the Pick Microsoft Account window, and I select my user account, which shows "logged in" below the name.
I am then redirected back to https://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmaster. There is no error message shown, but the URL is now:
https://www.bing.com/webmaster/login/authorizeprovidercallback?provider=Msa&error=access_denied

I am caught in a loop. I cannot email Bing Webmaster Tools support because you need to sign in to do so.

I get caught in the same loop when I use the sign in button.

I am using a PC and Chrome but get the exact same thing if I try to sign up with my ipad.

Can someone please help a brother out?

Hi,

If this is the first time that you’re going to use the Bing Webmaster Tools, choose Sign Up instead of Sign In. Follow the instructions below:

1. Go to Bing Webmaster Tools.

2. Scroll down and look for the New to Webmaster? section.
