Can I use images generated with AI Bing Image Creator for commercial purposes?

I’m referring to the images created using AI on Bing Image creator. In the terms of service I see this, they can be used “for any legal purpose”. Does this include commercial use?

6. Use of Images. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Microsoft Services Agreement, and our Content Policy, you may use Creations for any legal purpose.

Hello,

My name is Ibrahim, and I'm here to help.

According to the Terms of Use, you can only use the images you create for “legal personal, non-commercial” use. > https://www.bing.com/new/termsofuse?FORM=GENTOS

Hope it helps you. Please let me know if you still need further assistance.

Can't I pay a royalty and use the image for an item for sale?

I would also like to know if we can remove the Bing copyright sign which is on each image in the bottom left corner. Why is it there?

Second question: As far as I can see there is no option to increase the image size. An image with 1024x1024px and 96dpi is not even fit for printing. What am I supposed to do with it?

A (payment) option would be great here.

Thanks

In my experience it is very easy to make beautiful, artistic images with Bing Image Creator. I use some of those images as starter Images in Night Café. Night Café does allow commercial use and they can export at up to 8000 x 8000 pixels.

It is my understanding that AI-generated images should be free for commercial use. AI art does not have automatic copyright protection, and ownership cannot be claimed. This means that anyone can use AI art that is found online for any purpose. I'm not sure how Microsoft has the right to make them unavailable for commercial use?
