Can I request all bing streetside pictures of a certain location? (historical)

I found some issues with my house and wanted to see if I could get all bing streetside pictures available to determine which owner did the "repair". Is there a way to request this through microsoft?

For this, there is no guarantee that this certain request will be granted but you can click the Feedback link on the bottom of Bing Maps webpage and submit it from there for the appropriate team to check on this and hopefully this can be available as needed.

No, there is no way to request this through Microsoft
