Hello,

 

I have been trying to use a few features in WMT but keep getting " This may be a momentary issue; try again, or check back later."

when i do things lick block url's and other stuff this is a ongoing problem and does not a "momentary issue" as i have check back for a couple weeks now.

what gives Microsoft Bing Team
