Bing webmaster support ticket

Hello ,i've opened ticket and opened 1 more as still didin't got any reply from support for around 2 weeks already passed please help me.

I understand your frustration. It can be very annoying to wait for a long time without getting any feedback. I’m afraid Microsoft Community doesn't have access to the status of your tickets, so I can’t tell you why they haven’t been answered yet. Maybe your tickets were not submitted correctly or they got lost in the system, assigned to a different support team or a specific agent who is not available at the moment, or marked as low priority or duplicate by the support team. You can try to resubmit them and make sure you fill out all the required fields, attach any relevant files, and mention your ticket numbers and site URL.

Also, your support tickets involve your personal information. As a public forum, Microsoft community will not be able to address any issues related to personal information.

Is there any bing webmaster support e-mail?As they don't reply to support tickets.Or any way to ping them to check my ticket?

Unfortunately, there is no specific e-mail address for Bing Webmaster Support, or direct way to ping the support agents to check your ticket status. You will have to wait for their response through the Support channel that you used to raise your request.
