Bing Search shows 'Site insecure' but it's wrong - Revo Uninstaller (free)

I've just used Bing via Edge to find the Download site for Revo Uninstaller (free). >This is the results page.<

I clicked on the main result at the top and got this

so I clicked on it and kept getting this

I found the URL in my Favourites - it's the one shown above https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

I input it into Edge and went straight to the site.

Is this a known bug in Bing?

I tried via IE and this is the result:

Having this warning is usually a good thing but my point is that Bing says in searches using two browsers that http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html is a dangerous site but inputting it direct ie not using Bing takes me to their site.

Searching via Google takes me there (i.e. not a dangerous site) and Norton SafeWeb confirms it's a safe site.

That URL is clearly safe so it's Bing's results that are wrong!
