1. Hold the power button in for 30 seconds then release it. Press the power button to turn your Kindle back on.
2. Clear browser cache

Go to the Home screen

Swipe down from the top of the screen.

Tap More
-
Tap Applications Under Amazon Applications,

Tap Silk Browser.

Scroll down some and you’ll find ‘Clear Cache’; tap that. You might also want to tap ‘Clear Cookies Data’ while you are there
Next, Clear Cache/cookies created by apps

Swipe down from the top of your screen,
-
tap More,
-
Installed applications,
-
then tap each app you wish to clear.

There is a button that says Clear Cache.
3. Reset the browser if still experiencing issues

Open your setting menu in your kindle.

Click the device option and choose the buttons of reset to the company default.

Confirm reset kindle
-
Wait for kindle to start again.
