BING not fully loading in Safari

My BING home page no longer fully loads when using the Safari browser version 13.0.4  in MAC OS 10.15.2 but it loads normally using Chrome. See attached image.  Have tried all settings, turning off malware protection but nothing works. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

1. Hit F5 to bypass cached files and refresh

2. Clear the Safari cache

3. Disable any ad-blocker that's running

4. Check Safari extensions/add-ons. Anything that could be causing this?

5. Does the problem occur after starting the Mac in Safe Mode?
