Bing Maps free billable transactions remaining over API

I would like to get the number of free billable transactions remaining via the API, and also the total number of billable transactions for the month. This info is required to give the user a cost breakdown for the month and warn them if they are over their free limit and will thus incurr charges to their account


This is for use with the API http://dev.virtualearth.net/REST/V1/Imagery/


It is a customer requirement that we warn them if they are incurring costs by downloading maps, and to give a total cost they have incurred

To the best of my knowledge, there are no billing costs exposed over any API. However, there are cost governance tools that can monitor API costs and prevent billing shock. These tools can monitor usage for chargebacks and set limits on API costs based on policies. You can search over the web regarding these tools as I cannot recommend here in Microsoft Community.

Note: Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.
