Bing desktop vs Bing wallpaper

It is very confusing. 

It looks like both will set the wallpaper from Bing collection BUT Bing wallpaper changes once a day and Bing Desktop besides choosing the subject of the photo - allows changing every 5 seconds or every 30 minutes, or once a day.

Bing wallpaper - I did not get it yet. It does not even have a feedback link on the website.

Not sure what your question is and I believe that Bing Desktop is no longer available from Microsoft/Bing, but old versions appear to be available on third-party sites.

There might be other Bing Wallpaper apps at the Microsoft Store you should try.  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/windows
