Anyone else having issues with Bing Give turning itself on without consent?

Bing turns itself on when clicking news headlines or doing web searches.Image

For over a year I have been fighting with Microsoft Support on the issue and have lost as of writing this 4,790 points to Bing Give turning itself on and Microsoft refusing to fix the issue or reimbursing me for the lost points. The support team has been often times rude, and keep copy pasting the same replies over and over. From condescendingly explaining how Bing Give Works and how to turn it off over and over despite me tell them stop and that I know how it works, I know how to turn it off because I did and they even told me they can see I turned it off but they still have to keep copy pasting the same reply.

Then if they're not doing that they are accusing me of going to the landing page and accidentally or purposely selecting the non profits when I am not.

No, the issue is when I click on a headline or do a search, Bing randomly turns on. If its a news article for BLM, Bing Give will turn on and try to give to BLM. If I look up what time my local animal shelter opens, Bing Give will turn itself on and select my local animal shelter. If my little cousin has a cancer scare and I have to look up St. Jude, it will select St. Jude. I am ok with donating (I'll toss St. Jude money any day), but not being forced to donate, especially to causes I don't support like the Satanic Temple like it tried to donate to last month!

Who else is experiencing this and Why will Microsoft not fix the issue or make it where You have to verify you wish to give to a non profit. I have to do a text message code to redeem my points for a gift card but not to donate to Russian Code Writers (seriously, it tried to donate to Russian Code Writers in the middle of a war with Russia and Ukraine, WHY!?) it is becoming very exhausting and the support team being anything but supportive has hit new lows.

I have had and still have it. It not only turns on, but randomly chooses a charity for me. I complained and complained, and all i got was one courtesy refund, and that's it (They even bring up the month and day I got them refunded). Then idiots who failed to understand my problem. They kept thinking I was complaining I couldn't turn it off, and always happily reassuring me it was indeed off (because I turned it off to save my streak). Always ignored the randomizing of charities (one dolt thought my complaint was just that). Never understanding I wanted it off. Always insisting they can't permanently disable it. I finally got my points back by going to the BBB. Then I tried Firefox on a whim and it stayed off. Until 3 days ago. I used Edge to get 15 points instead of 5, and when I returned to it the next day, It was back on, and again randomly choosing charities for me. I lost another 20 points. I had no idea when I first tried Give With Bing I was making a lifetime commitment to being forced to use it whenever Microsoft decides I should give. Not cool Microsoft. I guess they take a percentage out of all donations, and want to make sure they get their precious money. Only plausible explanation.
