Annoying problem in Bing Images search on desktop website

Hi, I'm reporting this bug here because I already submitted it it via the Feedback on bing.com a long time ago and it still hasn't been fixed. Please forward this to the relevant people so they will fix this issue!

(I know it's a bug because I've reprod it in both Chrome and Firefox)

Go to bing.com, do an Images search and keep scrolling down until you see the "See more images" button at the bottom of the image search result thumbnails. When you click it, your scroll position should stay 'fixed' as more results load below, but instead it scrolls down quite a lot and you lose your spot. This is a bad and frustrating user experience! (it's also worth noting that both Chrome and Firefox have scroll anchoring yet this is still happening, so it has to be a problem with bing.com )

here is attached screenshot (see red arrow)
