"Access the new Bing even faster" How do I know if this worked?

I followed the steps on the website but it still shows the same thing prompting me to download bing to cut the line. Is it supposed to tell me if this registered? I've seen a few people online who already got access yesterday and I want to cut the line

I'm talking about this, when I go on the new bing page it tells me how I can get ahead in the waitlist. I already followed the steps but it still tells me to do this, so I don't think it registered that I already did it

Just chiming in here, I also did the steps. Logged in on my android phone and ran the defaults installer. No email a week later.

I assume it's just an ad, no use. It just shows on the PC not on the Bing app.
