Band 2 Bluetooth connection issues

Every now and then my Band will disconnect from my phone (either when it or my phone goes flat, or I turn the bluetooth off or somethign like that) and it will refuse to reconnect. Pairing from my phone does nothing, selecting the pairing option from the bluetooth settings on the band just asks me if I want to pair an iPhone (I have an android) and whichever option I choose still does nothing. The only way I'm able to fix it is by factory resetting the band and losing all my data and settings (and depending on how long it's been before I notice that it's not syncing, I may lose up to a week).

It needs an option to complete the setup or pairing process without having to do a full factory reset. The number of times I've had to do this is getting ridiculous.
