Windows 10 Bluetooth Can't Send File

Hello,

I got a problem since I upgraded my windows to windows 10. When I connected the Bluetooth to my phone, why the audio is not play in windows media player(If I play a music from my phone, the sounds will come out from my laptop speaker)?

I can't send any file from my laptop to my phone through Bluetooth as well. Usually when I right-click a file and my Bluetooth is already on, there will be an option Send file via Bluetooth. But now there is not any option to send it via Bluetooth. So how to fix this?

PS: I have already open FixIt but it doesn't support windows 10. I have opened the manufacturer's site to see whether there is any updates for my Bluetooth but there is not.
