Xbox One and Forza 5

A factory reset will not fix your Forza issue. I have tried that. I am having the same issue with DR3. Xbox support told me to unplug the power for 2-3 min. Plug it back in and fire it up. They say it clears a corrupted cache. Did'nt work for me, maybe it will for you.

They should stop selling this game nice way to take people's money and not have a solution to a problem that many are having.  To think that I was going to buy the steering wheel for this stupid game that does not work.  Consumer Affairs complaint is next.  Since no one seems to have answers (Microsoft or Turn 10)

Try a hard reset you can do this by holding down the power button on the front of xbox one for 5 secs

Then wait for a min or so before restarting.

(this is not the same as just turning it off and waiting a few mins and restarting)

I tried this as well and it didn't work.   Turn 10 or xbox needs to fix the problem with an new push update

I can't even get XBOX to remove the game off my console.  I don't understand if we have the ability to download why can't they have the ability remove it.  This game is the most frustrating game that I have ever tried playing. Spoke to agent yesterday told me to clear persistent storage. To clear MAC address to do hard reset blah blah blah and nothing works.  

I talked to several agents - all they want to do is clear history and reset this or that it is crazy.  It is a Turn 10/xbox one problem, they need to fix the Road America update and patch it cause thousands of people can't play and it is going to wreck them in the long run.

Does anyone know if you reinstall forza 5 if it will delete all your cars and progress in the car.  I am worried if I reinstall the disc I will lose all my cars and money.  Does anyone know if this happens?  

I am asking because Road America won't load and kicks me out to the xbox  dashboard and won't play.

I had too do the same and its fine now all cars dlc credits all ok
