Tampering a Console

I was playing WWE2K14 and this game has a lot of hackers but I had something different. A player that can tamper the consoles getting everyone IP address and make a temporary shutdown of the networks. And the name of this hacker is [Mod Removed] if someone had this problem go to gamer tag and click Complaint then click complaint again and report this because this kind of players can be banned for playing....

Not allowed to name & shame on the forums. Best thing for you to do is file a complaint then block him..

You have done the right thing by filing a complaint. This will send a report off to the Enforcement Team (PET) and once they receive it they will conduct a thorough investigation and take the appropriate action. What you will want to do now is mute, avoid and block the player. You can achieve this by following the steps in THIS guide. This will make it very less likely that you are placed in online gameplay with them again and will prevent any further communications.
