Comcast/Xfinity RNG200N Help

I have a Comcast/Xfinity RNG200N cable box it's got a little Motorola logo in the front corner. I'm trying to give as much description as possible, here. I just got my Xbox One (Titanfall edition) and I'm trying to set up the Cable. During the setup I choose Xfinity as the box and it did the "channel up" thing and on the box I saw the channel number go up but in the little TV on screen I just saw a static picture. After the setup I go to watch TV and it's that static image of the show on that channel. The cable is changing between formats of 1080p and 720p and flashing "DVI" every now and then. If I manually press the format button on the box it'll change but nothing happens on screen and the format will eventually change back then back again. No audio has every come out of the TV that wasn't the Xbox "bloop". I have tried power cycling both the Xbox One and the Cable Box and nothing. Anyone know how to fix this?
