i want to purchase the egyptian premium pack for age of empire online

There's no way to change your account's region to Canada. You would have to create a new account with the correct information.

ok, It's stupid cause i didnt even choose my region... anyway

How difficult can it be to change the country associated with the account. I also never had to fill out anything address associated when making the account and now its defaulted me into being an American when in fact I'm Canadian. I would like to be able to buy points in order to upgrade age of empires but am unable to.

In the interest of making money, you would think that LIVE team would fix this quickly.

You cannot change your XBL region to another exisitng XBL region, only a new one. You will have to create a new account.

with 60 gamerscore i doubt that making a new profile would be a big deal

This is why it is so important to take your time and pay attention to everything on the screen when going through the account creation process. At some point you will be asked what region you live in, then you will have to select your region from a drop down list. Be sure you are creating the account on the console itself, not on the website.

All of your information needs to match your account region, so if you live in Canada you should select Canada as your region then use a Canadian credit/debit card (should you choose to) add Canadian ms points (should you need/want any) have a Canadian billing/living in address.

Subscription cards are not region locked but ms points cards are just an fyi should you buy any pre paid cards from any shops anywhere.

What if you have moved to a different country, i believe its unfair that i lose all my Gamerscore, all my downloaded content, arcade games and all that. It cant be that hard to change account regions or moved all my files to another account? Why should i lose everything  just because i moved to Britain. i cant use my American card anymore since o got a new one in Britain which means i cant buy points, my Paypal wont work either so im forced to make a new account. Because i want to get the Egyptian civilization pack for Aoe. I cant even download most things anymore due to my region being in American and  cant download if your outside that region.

that would be because of fraud

using a creditcard outside of the original region looks bad tot he creditors

whenever i fly i call my bank to notify them if i'm leaving a country
