can´t play First strike!

Hi! I am trying to help my boys with their x-box. We have bought microsoft points and have downloaded the first strike pack to the Black ops game. Everything worked fine for a couple of months but now they can´t play it anymore. I´ve tried to download it again but the first strike course doesn´t appear on the screen..... What i´m I doing wrong??

Hej! Jag försöker hjälpa mina pojkar med deras x-box. Vi har köpt microsoft poäng och laddat ner the first strike pack till deras black ops spel. Allt har fungerat bra i ett par månader men nu kan dom inte spela det längre. Jag har laddat ner det igen men banorna kommer inte upp när dom startar spelet. Vad gör jag för fel????

Jag har guld abonnemang och black ops går att spela som vanligt online.

First of all, who purchased the content and who is trying to play it on what Xbox? Is it the same console as it was purchased on? Also, what region is the purchasing and playing accounts, and what region do you physically live in?

Hi, I bought microsoft points and downloaded the first strike pack on my account and my boys have played it for about 5 months, but suddenly it doesn´t work anymore. I can see it on the harddrive on my profile and I tried to delete it and download it again but the first strike courses doesn´t show....

I live in Sweden and plays the english version !?!

Again, did you originally purchase this content on the console your boys are currently playing it on? Is your account on this same console? Is the console connected to the internet and Xbox LIVE?

Do your boys have the same account region as you do? If you are unsure, you can visit https://billing.microsoft.com, log in as the boys, and check under Personal Information.

the first strike mappack is in the regular rotation in the multiplayersection

there is no seperate section for firststrike

 

 

the new mappack has replaced firststrike on the special mappack picks
