If the game is on the backwards compatibility list, it means that the older Xbox game will work in a 360 console. It doesn't mean that the game will be on the games
on demand service.
I have just searched and couldn't seem to find anything for it on XBL. I'm afraid the only way you will be able to play this on your 360 console is to get an old copy of the game.
