Buying an Arcade game on a console that's not mine..

If i buy an Arcade game on my brothers console BUT with my account will i be able to redownload it to my console on a later date?

u should be ok with that but when u dl on ure console u will have 2 eather 1. 2 play the game u need 2 be on xbox live cose if ure offline it will be a trial. 2 2 have it on ure console permently u need 2 do a licenice transfor. (sorry 4 bad spelling. lol.)
