Buying a game off the Market place

Hello, ok here is my problem ive tried to add a card wich wouldnt work tryed it on a child and an adult account no chance so i dicided to add my paypal account did it worked fine tryed to buy said couldn't authorise payment then i went to billing microsoft and checked it and it said 19,99$+tax wich ended to something like 22$ then i clicked the order it said there is no item in this order i did this with 2 different account and both said 22$ i wanna know what is going on with not authorised payment option for the market place and if il be billed for those 2 false payment (they were not authorised)

You may want to call support about this issue. Phone support are the only ones who can help with billing issues and can let you know what's going on.
