Achievements question

At the moment, I am trying to get 1000/1000 gamer points for certain games. I've done it for Assassins Creed 2 and Medal of Honor so far. I want to get it on BFBC2.

However, I am now on 975 / 1430 for BFBC2. Once I get the M-COM stations all blown up I should have over 1000 points. These are the original 1000 points before all the DLC came out. BUT now the game has been expanded via DLC the achievement points are 1,430! Does this mean I won't get recognition until I get the whole 1,430 points?

You'll need to explain "recognition". If you mean via the Dashboard, no it will not show 100% until you get the DLC Achievements as well. If you mean your last Achievement for the Retail Game, yes they all work with or without DLC but it will still not show 100% on the Dashboard regardless.
