I am getting very aggravated over the fact that my Xbox One WILL NOT load blu ray disks. It will load games, DVDs, and CDs. The moment I put in a blu ray disk, the Xbox One will act like I just tried to insert a slice of pizza into my disk drive as it will not recognize it at all. All I get is an error screen saying it can not read the disk. I bought my Xbox One in the US. Bought the blu rays in the US from a local Best Buy. My Xbox is sitting flat horizontally. I've uninstalled the blu ray app and reinstalled it. I've done numerous hard restarts on my Xbox One. Few movies work right off the bat. Some movies take ejecting and reinserting to finally get them to work. Most movies wont even load no matter how many times I've ejected the disk and reinserted it. This is ridiculous! I've looked at the support page for disk reading errors about a million times now. What is going on here!?

Hold on to the disc for a couple seconds. You will feel the drive pull harder on the disc. Release the disc and you should here the x1 recognize the disc. Not sure why this works. I cycled, reset memory, the whole run around. This is what worked for me. Weird but easy solution
