Wrong gamertag.

The gamertag that i see online (computer) isn't mine. I only have 1 xbox live account and the one on here is diffrent. This shows my name is PimpledFive426, where as my xbox live name is CasualPhoenix. I'm also missing the time from a 1 year gold card. So i think that time was put on this other name somehow.

When you try to recover this account on the Xbox with the WLID and password, what happens? Which account does it log into, or do you get some kind of error message/code?
