so basically my xbox wont sign into live when i have plenty oflive left on the account so thts not the thing wrong with it. when i start it up it wont sign in and so it says test connection so i do it and then it still deosnt work and it gives me options about MTI or summinthing so i performed the step and it still wont work i can sign in after about half an hour later by repetitvely pressing test connection but now the update has come out i press the update and it does the first step and downloads it but after that step theres another where a bigger box comes up and does the same thing and wont download
PLEASE HELP ME
