System Update Stopped - Error Code 3151 - 335A - 2380 - 0F00 - C000 - 0034

My brother used my xbox with his hard drive to record something with my PVR that's set up to the PC in my room. During a game he randomly got disconnected from XBL and the Xbox kept doing the same update repeatedly for CoD: MW2 and because he was annoyed from being disconnected, I turned the xbox off. When I tried to turn it back on, that error code is shown. I have put his hard drive back on with the original game; nothing.. I've looked up some similar techniques but none have yet to work.

Any help?
