My xbox cant connect to my wifi

Ok so i had never had problems in the past connecting to xbox live but now every time i turn on my xbox im disconnected. Im not sure why but now i am having problems i have tried every step the xbox has suggested and done the steps the computer had suggested but nothing seems to get my xbox to connect. when this first started to happen i would disconnect my wifi to the xbox then re connect it then test xbox live then test it again and again and again then after an hour it would finally connect. so i play for however long i would play and then i will turn it off butwhen the next day arrived i would turn my xbox on again and i would be disconnected so i would repeat the process until i got it too work but lately that hasent been happening so i recently extended my attempts to fix it and i got the xbox to connect to the wifi signal but then the wifi could not connect to the internet event though my ipod and phone are connected perfectly and are able to use the internet. This has been a really frustrating experience and i have no idea why its not working. I NEED HELP!!!!!!

What Country/State/Province do you live in? Dallas, Texas US

Modem brand & model number:  uBee Router (it is a modem and a router) Model #:U10C037

Router brand & model number: See above

Network Connection Type: Wireless/Wired: Wired

If Wireless, what type of encryption are you using?

Things you have tried: I turned off my router/modem for 10 secs and started it again. I restarted my 360, which worked          until I play a game, where it will disconnect me.

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown Unknown

Is NAT Type Open? Unknown

Any Error Codes you encounter: None at all.

What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G? Cable

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Time Warner

When you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" what is the exact message shown on screen? None, it says that the console is connected to the internet
