erstmal, mit dem neuen forum komme ich überhaupt nicht klar....

ich hoffe jemand kann mir helfen, würde gerne meine log in email adresse ändern.... weil die email adresse mit der ich mich einlogge existiert seit ungefähr zwei jahren garnicht mehr, habe eigentlich gemeint ich hätte das erledigt, die xbox emails kommen an meine neue email adresse, nur zum einnloggen muss ich die alte verwenden!!!! wie kann ich das ändern???

??? Ist ja komisch... Funktioniert bei mir ohne Probleme, selbst wenn ich nicht angemeldet bin.

 

Na dann halt auf die altmodische:

 

  1. Auf Support gehen ( oben links, neben deiner Region)
  2. Danach auf Xbox Live
  3. Probleme bei der Anmeldung
  4. Rechts im Kästchen auf Verwalten ihrer Windows Live ID
  5. Nach unten Scrollen bis Ändern der mit ihrem Gamertag verknüpften Windows Live ID erscheint

 

Der Rest sollte selbklärend sein.

Hmm... Sobald ich auf Support klicke geht ein Fenster mit Benutzername und Kennwort auf!? Wenn ich meine Email eingebe, nichts, wenn ich meinen Gamertag eingebe, nichts!!! Was kann ich noch tun???

Sehr eigenartig bei mir funktioniert der Link von Tentaclejoe auch sowie wenn ich eingeloggt bin als auch wenn ich nicht eingeloggt bin...vielleicht mal den kostenlosen Support kontaktieren.

Hmmm...., ist ja echt merkwürdig. Da kann ich dir leider auch nicht weiter helfen. Mach am besten was @IMORROCI vorgeschlagen hat, Support anrufen. Die können dir sicher weiter helfen.
