Hi, i been trying to upgrade to Gold Family Pack but the payment didn't go thru, it keeps saying: "This action cannot be performed at this time. Please try again later. For more information, go to http://www.xbox.com/support." i have my CC and my Paypal acc and neither go thru, any sugestions? (2 days in a row i been trying to upgrade)
