How do I remove a device from my XBOX ONE settings menu?

So, I've added my TV and audio receiver to my XBOX ONE settings menu to allow me to control volume using Kinect.  The problem is that I want to control the volume of the TV, not the receiver.  I've found no way to switch that so, I'd like to remove the receiver from my configuration, but I can't seem to find a way to do that.  All I can do is change to another receiver device.  Any help here?

Inside of the device settings, go down to troubleshooting and just do a reset tv settings.  Only way I found out how to.

Speaking of devices, is it possible to get to the troubleshooting menu if a device loses a handshake? If this happens, the only way I have been able to reestablish the connection is by factory reset and set it all up again.

Same here. An unconfigure, or remove button would be very helpfull. Where can I open a bugreport?
