Hello,
A couple of weeks ago I sent in my Xbox one to have my disc drive repaired. I have recently checked my service update and it said that my Xbox one has been shipped back to me. I have clicked on the link that says "Track Order" I clicked on the link and it takes me to the fed-ex website and it says that "No record of this tracking number can be found." I do not know who to contact first to get this figured out, but I wish to be able to track my console so that I may be at my house when it arrives. If anybody could help me with my situation. I would greatly appreciate it!
