I called xbox support and I was told to post here. I was given a reference number, but since the website has been updates so much, I am unsure of how to use it now.
My gamerscore was reset around Nov 2010 I believe. I didn't it to be an issue, since I thought I could get my achievments back. Well I was wrong. I had posted here before, but I cant remember what the replies were.
As a dedicated xbox player, I feel as if though I have been cheated. I think it was reset because microsoft thought I modded it. I am not even smart enough to know how to mod. There is no way I could have modded my gamerscore, or any reason to.
I am not asking to get my entire gamerscore back I had before. All I am asking is that I be allowed to get every achievment I had before. They do still pop up again, but the score isn't added to my account and they just simply don't count. I had put in a game and it popped up with something like " 27 for 755G" since I had them all before.
Basically, my claim is I didn't mod it. I love getting achievments. I wouldn't even want to mod it. I like earning them. All I want is to be able to get the ones back I had before, nothing more.
