gamer tag gone?

so i have tried to log into my x box live but i notice that my hard drive is not finding my profile it still live cause i am able to sign in on here but when i try to transfer it back over to my x box it tells me it is unable to do so and that i should try removing some profiles , it is not even reading it but i know it is their what should i do ?

Hello OP, have you tried recovering your gamertag? If that doesn't do the trick, try clearing your cache.

that still did not work it says there is no room for it but there is anything else please help

Sounds like your tag is corrupt, does it appear on your hard drive (system settings -> memory -> Profiles)? Or does it show corrupt files?

Corrupt Files: Delete um, no chance of saving them

Your Profile you need to recover: Move it over to a flash drive or different storage device (never delete a profile unless it has become inactive and you have it valid someone else). Then once it is off your HDD try and recover it, if it works and you can sign in you can delete it off your thumbdrive.
