Forgot old microsoft accout password to my current xbox live gamertag need help

I think i confused you i mean i cant login to my main xbox live account in any way because i forgot the password to the email associated with my main live account

Your email is not the same password as your WLID Account unless you created it that way.  Do you mean you don't know the password to your email account and your WLID account as well?  If so, please go to http://account.live.com/acsr/ and fill out that form.  Thanks! :)

The password for my email account that is linked to my gamertag is a WLID account i dont know the password for it as it was created a long time ago. I have already filled out the password recovery form plenty of times and have been denied access to my account even though all the info provided is correct. I just want to get back into my account again.

Hey there!  Apologies, but if Microsoft denied you access to the account, then that means you didn't verify the account in question.  You might think that, but if you can't verify the account, then you can't get access to the account, sorry.

I have done the account verification form plenty of times and each time i get the same response that i didnt prove it was my account when ALL the information that i put on the form is correct to that account.

Then, if you contact XBL Support with the reference number sent to you by email in response to your password request, XBL support can help with a reset request, which is taking about 12 days right now, I hear. Please call support from your Xbox console as they will ask for the ID number.

Your talking about the reference number of the email i got from microsoft denying me correct? Also how do i call from my xbox console?
