Console Ban

My game was banned for no reason, use original games paid more than $ 150.00 in the game was banned in Brazil and would like an explanation!

Issu is a shame with the consumer, is wrong unlock this garbage, now be with the original game and always play the original banned is the end of the world that little shame, here in Brazil they say the video game was banned because the console is American is a shame!

Console bans are not handed out on a whim. With that said, if you are looking for OFFICIAL answers from the XBL PET about your console ban then you need to post your query in HERE. However you should be aware that MS does not discuss console bans and you will only be directed to HERE.

If you bought the console USED I would suggest you take it back to the retail outlet you purchased it from for a refund or exchange. When possible it is always best to purchase BRAND NEW to avoid these situations.

There are numerous reasons for a console ban, not just for playing pirated games or modding the console. Excessive violations of the Terms of Service and/or Code of Conduct could result in a console and/or account ban from XBL.

My new video game is out of the official store in Brazil, has never been modified.

if multiple users use the console take up the issue with them there is multiple offences including account bans excessive bans

AMERICAN ntsc console in a offical store don't you think thats alittle ODD?

 you do relieze that an offical store would carry the South american console not a North american correct?

also i'd check the tamper stickers
