i have a problem i am trying to get the beta when they tell me to link my account it does not work because the e-mail acount i am using now is not the same as when i created my xbox live acount. Is there a way to still get it ?

I would be extremely careful, if I were you. Many of these "Betas" are nothing but scams designed to trick you into giving them your account information. There is no beta. If there is a COD beta, it would be posted on the Call of Duty website, by a staff member, or attached to another Activision product (similar to the Gears of War 3 beta on Bulletstorm). If you were sent to a random file-share site (or similar) in order to get the beta, you have been scammed.
Use the information in the post above mine to change the password on your account IMMEDIATELY.
