Bridge connections help!

Hi,I need help with bridging my connections from my PC to xbox. I am currently using Windows 7 Ultimate btw. Anyway,everything is fine except when I sign into my account it says its not connected. So when I test connected it it says my network is not connected to the internet when I am using it right now. This is what it says on my PC. Local Area Connection: Enabled,Bridged. Wireless Network Connection: Enabled,Bridged. Network Bridge: (My Network). So everything looks okay but when I sign on xbl it says my network isn't connected to the internet. HELP!

Do you have a software firewall on your PC? Maybe Mcafee/Zonealarm/ESET/Norton etc etc

Mcafee is the cause, you need to find out how to open up the Xbox live ports ( support.xbox.com/.../xbox-kb.aspx ) and let them through the firewall

Well, opening ports on a computer can be tricky however you could also try opening McAfee and lowering the security. That can be risky. If you need a guide on opening firewall ports on a computer use the following link.

So try to run the Test Xbox LIVE Connection within the Network Settings and see what is the specific error.

At that screen click the More Info option and there should be a message. Something like "You're connected to the internet, but can't contact Xbox LIVE" or "Your network doesn't have a sufficient MTU setting."
